Cucumber: Not just for puffy eyes! Mostly made of water, and delicious with a dash of sea salt cucumbers are great for detox and opening up path ways in the body. They contain vitamin C and caffeic acid, both help soothe skin and reduce swelling.
Apple Cider Vinegar: Make this a staple please. Helps support digestive system along with anti-bacterial and fungal properties. It can help reduce age spots if used as a toner and of course dilute with water. Also makes a yummy dressing for your veggies!
Tomatoes: These to me are magical. High in antioxidants and lycopene which helps fight free radicals and sun damage. The lycopene is absorbed best if the tomatoes are cooked. I love to roast and add sea salt - yum!

I have a major sweet tooth so love how flax seed helps reduce those cravings. These ingredients are also high in fiber and will help things stay moving.
Wild Salmon or oily fish: Loaded with omegas and healthy fats. Oily fish such as salmon help reduce inflammation, decrease clogged pores, and help reduce those fine lines and wrinkles. Just by eating these amazing foods you can save on crappy products.
Garlic: Not for everyone but it has been known as the cure-all remedy for almost everything. It helps to detox the liver and helps open other pathways. It is high in allicin which has anti-fungal and anti-aging properties.
Avocado: I like to eat a whole one when I can. Green is good!! Avocados are high in fatty acids. An amazing food for your hair, skin and nails. The fat content helps curb sugar cravings and makes for a lovely ( little bit messy) face mask. I will spend more money on foods than products that promise the world!
Papaya: A tropical dream! It has amazing properties for the skin. Papaya is loaded with enzymes and vitamin C which only enhances your glow inside and out. You can make a nice mask out of this too!!!!
