SPRING BLISS

IN A FRENZY OF SPRING CLEANING WE BEGIN TO SHED OURSELVES OF OLD ITEMS AND POSSIBLY OLD HABITS. IT IS A TIME WHEN WE WANT TO RE DO AND RENEW IN MANY AREAS OF OUR LIVES. HERE ARE JUST A FEW SPRING ESSENTIALS THAT ARE GOOD FOR A HAPPY SPRING AND A NICE TRANSITION INTO SUMMER. 3 SIMPLE LITTLE THINGS THAT COULD HELP YOU GLOW JUST A LITTLE MORE THAN YOU ALREADY DO. BE HAPPY AND BE YOU!

1. A JOURNAL: A GREAT WAY TO TAKE NOTE AND TRACK YOUR MEMORIES. IT IS HELPFUL TO REFLECT ON ALL THINGS IN YOUR LIFE. SPRING IS A GOOD TIME TO START JOTTING DOWN ALL THOSE IDEAS AND GET THOSE FEELINGS OUT. IN A WAY A JOURNAL BECOMES YOUR OWN POETRY.

2.GLOWING SKIN: WINTER CAN LEAVE YOU FEELING PALE AND DULL. ESPECIALLY HERE IN MAINE! FIRST OF ALL BEAUTY COMES FROM THE INSIDE AND THE OUT. BOTH NEED CARE. START THE MORNING WITH A FRESH JUICE OR ANTIOXIDANT PACKED SMOOTHIE. ALL YOU NEED IS A JUICER OR A HIGH POWERED MIXER LIKE A VITA-MIX. THE JUICER MAKES MORE OF A JUICE AND A VITA-MIX WILL INCLUDE THE PULP. YOU GET EXTRA NUTRIENTS OUT OF THE PULP. IT IS CERTAINLY A TEXTURE PREFERENCE.

1/3 CUCUMBER PEELED.

3. HAVE A NEW OR FRESH PERSPECTIVE: NOW IS THE TIME TO SHED ALL NEGATIVITY OR BAD THOUGHTS ABOUT THE PAST YEAR. GO INTO SPRING FEELING READY TO EMBRACE WHAT IS NEW AND AHEAD. SOME OF US HAVE FELT LIKE PRISONERS IN OUR HOMES AS WINTER WAS QUITE LONG AND HARSH FOR US. BUT THAT IS GONE AND SPRING IS HERE. SUMMER IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER. HAVE YOU HEARD OF THE #100DAYSOFHAPPY CHALLENGE? IT IS WORTH A TRY. BEAUTY IS NOT ALWAYS IN A BOTTLE. IT IS TRULY FROM WITHIN. ASIDE FROM DRINKING A LOT OF WATER THAT INNER HAPPINESS NEEDS TO RADIATE TOO!
