I KNOW IT IS SPRING - EXCEPT IT IS STILL COLD AND DRY LIKE WINTER. WINTER JUST WILL NOT LEAVE US! SOME OF US LIVE ON THE COLD EAST COAST ( MAINE) AND SOME OF US BATHE IN SUNSHINE YEAR ROUND (WEST COAST) BUT IT IS NO MATTER  WHERE YOU LIVE YOUR SKIN NEEDS THIS!  WEATHER BASKING IN THE SUN OR BATTLING THE COLD YOU NEED TO BOOST THAT SKIN! BEAUTY IS INSIDE AND OUT. NOT ONLY AM I ACCEPTING A PREVIOUS CHALLENGE BY MY BKR TO DRINK 4 BKR'S A DAY (YOU SHOULD TOO) I AM UPPING MY EFFORTS ON THE OUTSIDE. WHAT YOU APPLY TO YOUR SKIN MATTERS. IT IS SKIN FOOD!  PLUS I AM ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO BELIEVES "YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT". YOUR BODY IS YOUR TEMPLE REMEMBER? TREAT IT WELL AND IT WILL RETURN THE FAVOR-OR SO WE HOPE! LETS TAKE IT ONE STEP AT A TIME. WE CAN TALK TOTAL DETOX LATER. HERE IS AN EASY ROUTINE THAT YOUR SKIN WILL THANK YOU FOR. IT IS GOOD FOR YEAR ROUND BUT ESPECIALLY IF YOUR STILL STUCK IN THIS COLD DRY AIR. MIGHT AS WELL START NOW THIS BEAUTY ROUTINE NOW.

1. UP YOUR DAILY INTAKE OF OMEGAS 3 FATTY ACIDS - THROUGH A HIGH QUALITY VITAMIN  BRAND OR THROUGH ACTUAL FOODS LIKE WALNUTS, FLAXSEED, WILD CAUGHT SALMON, SARDINES, BLACK COD, ALBACORE TUNA, MUSSELS AND OYSTERS. 

2. FOR THE TOPICAL APPROACH- ADD ORGANIC OIL TO YOUR DAILY CLEANSING RITUAL AND MOISTURIZING ROUTINE. ANY OIL YOU CHOOSE IS FINE EXPECT MINERAL OILS OR ONES PETROLEUM AS THEY CAN IRRITATE AND ALSO CLOG THOSE PORES. I LOVE COCONUT OIL, SHEA OIL, JOJOBA OIL, APRICOT SEED OIL, PRIMROSE OIL, AND GRAPE SEED OIL. THERE ARE MANY TO CHOOSE FROM. YOU CAN WALK INTO WHOLEFOODS AND FIND MOST OF THESE OILS. THE EASIEST TO FIND IS JOJOBA AND COCONUT. YOU MAY EVEN HAVE ORGANIC COCONUT OIL IN YOUR FOOD PANTRY.

3. BEFORE I APPLY CLEANSER OF CHOICE I MASSAGE A SMALL AMOUNT OF OIL (COCONUT) IN GENTLE CIRCLES ALL AROUND FACE AND DECOLLATE AND THEN GENTLY RINSE WITH WARM WATER APPLIED TO COTTON BALL. I THEN USE MY CLEANSER AND GENTLY RINSE. I THEN APPLY A LITTLE MORE OIL JUST BEFORE I MOISTURIZE. THIS IS GREAT FOR ALL SKIN TYPES.

4. PRACTICE THIS PRE CLEANSE ROUTINE BEFORE YOU START YOUR DAY AND BEFORE YOU CRAWL INTO BED WITH YOUR FAVORITE BOOK AND BED TIME TEA! IT IS GREAT FOR NATURALLY REMOVING MAKE UP AND FREE RADICALS.

5.DONT FORGET YOUR LIPS! YOUR LIPS ARE ALWAYS FORGOTTEN & THE MOST DRY AND CHAPPED THING ON YOUR FACE.  REMAIN KISSABLE AT ALL TIMES! TAKE THAT COCONUT OIL AND A LITTLE RAW SUAGR OR BROWN SUGAR AND LIGHTLY MASSAGE AND RINSE! DO MORNING AND NIGHT UNTIL THOSE LIPS ARE SUPER SMOOTH! YOUR HUBBY AND KIDS WILL APPRECIATE!
