NEW WORK OUT TREND AND I DIG IT! THANKS TO SOME CURRENT RESEARCH IT SEEMS THAT IF YOU WORK OUT HARDER IN A SHORTER AMOUNT OF TIME SUCH AS TEN MINUTES OR LESS YOU WILL SEE THE SAME BENEFITS TO THOSE LONGER WORK OUTS THAT MOST OF US DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR.  I BELIEVE THAT DOING SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN DOING NOTHING; SO THESE SHORT WORK OUTS ARE PERFECT FOR THOSE DAYS WHEN YOU DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO DO IT ALL. I DECIDED TO SEE WHAT WAS OUT THERE FOR THOSE MOMENTS WHEN I HAVE THE TIME TO GET THIS BODY INTO MOTION BUT DO NOT HAVE TIME TO DRIVE OFF TO A GROUP CLASS AND LEAVE MY HUSBAND IN CHARGE OF DINNER. YOU CAN DO THESE EARLY IN THE MORNING BEFORE THE REST OF THE HOUSE AWAKES OR HAVE YOUR KIDS JOIN IN. THESE ARE QUICK, CHALLENGING, AND GIVE YOUR BODY THE BURST IT NEEDS AND CRAVES. WHY NOT SQUEEZE IN SOME SQUATS BEFORE BREAKFAST? THESE ARE MY FAVORITE SUPER SHORT WORK OUTS FROM SOME CELEBRITY TRAINERS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.
