FROM THE SEA

AS WE STILL EMBRACE THE NEW YEAR WE ARE STARTING TO CONQUER OUR "EATING CLEAN" GOAL. WE STUMBLED ACROSS THIS FANCY FISH DISH AND ENCOURAGE YOU TO TRY. AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU NEED TO FEED YOUR BODY WITH SOMETHING HEALTHY. THIS WILL NOT ONLY SATISFY THOSE HUNGER PANGS BUT SATISFY WHAT THE BODY TRULY NEEDS. YOU CAN'T BEAT A PLATE FULL OF SPINACH, A SPLASH OF LEMON AND A BED OF FISH. KEEP IT SIMPLE AND HEALTHY....TASTE EVERYTHING BUT EAT NOTHING...LOSE WEIGHT AND FEEL GREAT...FLUSH OUT THE BAD STUFF AND REPLACE WITH THE GOOD. THE LAST MEAL OF THE DAY SHOULD BE EASY AND ABOVE ALL TASTEY! THOUGH THESE EASY RECIPES ARE NOT ALWAYS EASY TO FIND. WE FOUND THIS LOVELY AT DO IT DELICIOUS! THANKS TO JESSICA SEINFELD FOR BEING FUNNY, CHARMING, AND SUPER AWESOME IN THE KITCHEN. WE ARE LEARNING ALOT FROM YOU!
